MAITREE is the annual flagship event of the Neotia Academy Nursing Training Institute, which brings together a moment of reflection, recognition and renewed commitment to the nursing profession.
The ceremony marks important milestones across the academic journey of the students encompassing lamp lighting ceremony, annual lecture session, first year students' pledge and prayer in fond memory of Florence Nightingale, graduation and post-graduation convocation ceremony. Meritorious students are given prizes with certificates and medals. The event concludes with vibrant cultural performances by the students and refreshments for all.
Every year Maitree is based on a well thought out theme which we call the OPUS OF MAITREE symbolizing the passing of knowledge and igniting the souls of the budding nurses with the ideals of compassion and care.
